Barn Farewell Dinner

About this Experience

On the final night of a conference in the oasis that is Scottsdale, attendees were treated to a farewell event in the desert. Arriving an hour before sunset, guests were treated to a live local band, bars, and passed appetizers. Following a recognition speech by their President, the barn doors were opened and dinner was ready. The barn was filled with different seating options including long tables and lounge areas. As the sun was setting, the outdoor fire pits were lit and the s’more stations were opened. Guests enjoyed the final hours of the event by dancing in the barn or networking around a fire.
