  • DESIGN

    The overall experience of an event or meeting is determined by 3 main pieces: Location, Date, and Theme. Based on these components, we help design a program that is inline from start to finish. From the initial site visit to creating the agenda, we partner with you to create an unforgettable experience for your attendees.

  • PLAN

    Once the design is in place, now it’s time to get to work. Building a budget, finding venues, creating looks, and organizing transportation movements are some of the elements we handle using our planning process. While each event and meeting differ, our process stays the same.

  • EXECUTE

    This is where we shine. After all of the planning is in place, now it’s time to execute. Building the right team and creating a proper communication flow are essential elements to a successful onsite program. Our team leads communicate to each staff member and client so that the program is run efficiently, while keeping everyone in the loop.

  • ANALYZE

    After the program has finished, now is the time to assess each piece. What did or did not work, how was the overall experience, and what was the attendee reaction. Together we can create a model for a future programs.

Our Hybrid Meeting is a unique take on the virtual meeting experience. Combined with the most advanced streaming software, we use meeting material and local events to bring the Five Sense Experience to your attendees. After your attendees register for the virtual meeting/conference, we offer a variety of options to make the experience meaningful including a customized virtual agenda.

Once a venue has has been selected, we carefully listen to our client’s wants and take location, setting and inspiration into account. While incorporating theme, lighting, sound, linen, props, food and beverage into your big picture, our team makes your vision a reality creating a unique five sense experience.
